Someone can access your computer from afar and troubleshoot, change settings, or anything else that needs to be done to get the machine up and running again. A remote desktop management program that has all the bells and whistles will typically include everything in the basic and medium access type programs and more. They may contain the ability to create a PC schedule of file operation. There is an option for added inventory data such as processor info, disk drives, printers, OS hotfix info, and program folders.
